As a dispatcher you are supporting your colleague dispatchers. Together you are dispatching and monitoring a fleet of 85 trucks. You are the point of contact for our customers and this for the complete process of transport. You are responsible for fixing the load and unload appointments and you are sending the information to our drivers and subcontractors. You are following the process from start to end and if necessary you make adjustments in order to serve our customers in the best way possible.
For this job it is important :
- to be bilingual Dutch and French. The knowledge of English and German is a plus;
- to be stress resistant and flexible;
- to have the capability to easily learn new IT processes;
- to be able to keep the overview in continuously changing conditions;
- to be able to establish good contacts with customers, subcontractors and drivers ;
- to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience;
- to be a team player.
